In the last three years, I have been lucky enough to receive multiple awards and recognitions in my profession. I believe in finding innovative solutions to overcome challenges and limitations. Like many other industries, the COVID-19 pandemic presented us with several obstacles. We had to shift from conducting business face-to-face to working online.
One of our biggest challenges was finding a balance between our customers and us. Neither party was used to conducting business digitally. However, this experience taught me the importance of social media in running a successful online business. I watched online tutorials, attended courses, and took advantage of various digital platforms provided by AIA, such as iCari, Pocket Learning Series, ALPA, and eSales Builder. They expanded my skills and opened many opportunities for career growth.
I am grateful for the continuous support and guidance from my agency manager, Ai Choon, my teammates, and the DOA staff. My goal is to become a Unit Manager and achieve MDRT. I plan to work closely with Ai Choon to visualize the necessary steps and plan and review them to achieve these goals.
