At E-Shine, we are dedicated to empowering all of our Life Planners to reach their full potential. Our platform is not just a place for receiving support, but also a place to give back and perform at your best. Our objective is to achieve 100 million productions by 2026, and we are actively working to enhance our producers' abilities and productivity to achieve this goal.
We are also expanding our team by recruiting top-quality new Life Planners through the AIA Elite Academy. Together, we will work towards our vision and strive to see a growing number of MDRTs and MDAs each year in the E-Shine Group. Our theme for this year is "Accelerate," with a focus on promotion, productivity, and performance. We believe in working hard and playing hard.
