"I have always worked for companies and never considered the possibility of becoming an entrepreneur and setting up my own team. However, my experience in this industry has changed my perspective and forced me to plan and strategize beyond my initial expectations. It has also allowed me to achieve my goal of balancing my work and personal life, as I have more control over my time.

 

I am passionate about working with AIA to help more Malaysians improve their lives and create value. I am always available to listen to their concerns and provide support. Over the years, I have seen the tremendous growth potential of this field in terms of both career and income. My goal is to achieve a Star Convention during the 2022 Tokyo trip, establish a continuous and stable monthly income, and become a team manager. I plan to accomplish this through careful planning, time management, and persistence.

 

I am optimistic about overcoming any obstacles that come my way and taking accountability for my decision to pursue this career. I encourage others to pursue their dreams and not regret it. Time waits for no one, and opportunities may pass you by."
