The insurance industry offers various strategies to approach the business, like referrals and warm and cold markets. As there is no fixed method, individuals can approach it uniquely. This industry allows young individuals like me to develop negotiation skills, emotional maturity, and time management, making us more established individuals.

My finance and insurance knowledge was limited to textbooks when I first entered this industry. However, with the help and guidance of my E-Shine District Manager and teammates, my knowledge has developed into a practical and valuable tool for my clients to build their future. My daily routine involves building new relationships and helping Malaysians plan their financial future, which is incredibly rewarding.

I get to work on my clients' finances and grow with them as they progress in their careers, take on commitments, and experience various excitements and sometimes tragedies. It is very fulfilling to see my actions pave the way for my vision and my clients. By 27, I aim to have a 5-figure salary and purchase my first home. I will continue to extend my services to more people and businesses to help make their financial goals a reality.
